Written upon a piece of parchment that had somehow found its way into the guild hall was a simple letter signed Locke Desmoste. The letter is as written.

"For those who have thought me long since dead I am very much alive and well. As for where I have gone I have chosen not to say, but save have it known that I am wandering distant lands looking to right the wrongs that I could have done in ages past. I suspect my journey will be long and so I give leave to the leaders of my guild halls to watch over the guild until I return. Until that time my friends and followers I bid thee farewell and good luck in thy endeavors."

And so the last of the High Lords of Tai'mira left the lands of Tallendon seeking adventure and to right the mistakes of ages past. In time he would return and take his place in the activities of the guild, and once again provide what aid he could to his allies in the land. Until then they would have to do without him, and hope their strengths would suffice against what trials would come their way.

He moved slowly upon the guild halls and he found something upon a desk a letter in which Locke has written he picked it up and skimmed it with his fingers reading it he let out a long drawn out sigh and placed the letter down upon the desk wishing he would have been here Locke had the right to know of the attack within his hall that he had died defending so long ago not only protecting his loves family but his own and Tallendon as well.
